Operating Hours Extensions:
In the Morning:
Before the start of operations for a fee and after consultation with the operations management and timely registration.
A take-off before 07:00 a.m. (LOC) is only possible in exceptional cases for noise protection reasons and also requires prior consultation with the LOAN flight operations management on +43 2622 26700 1357.
Registration until 14:00 (LOC) the day before the flight at the latest.
For later registrations a service fee will be charged for short notice. The requested flight is charged and the weather risk is borne by the applicant or pilot!
In the Evening:
After closing time until 10:00 p.m. (LOC) at the latest for a fee and after consultation with the operations management and timely registration.
Registration no later than 14:00 (LOC) on the day before the flight.
For later registrations a service fee will be charged for the short notice.
Night approaches are only permitted with subsequent landing. The requested amount will be charged!

The registration is validated by the confirmation of the flight operations management. The applicant or pilot bears the weather risk!
Cancellation conditions:
For operating time extensions that are not canceled in time, the following costs will be charged.
Early departure:
Cancellation up to 30 minutes before ECET on the previous day is free of charge.
After this time, 100% of the requested operating time extension will be charged.
The full amount will be charged after the end of operating hours or if the extension is not used.
Late arrival/late departure:
Cancellation until 14:00 local time on the same day of the flight is free of charge.
Up to 30 minutes before ECET 50% of the requested operating time extension will be charged.
Thereafter 100% of the operating time extension will be charged even if not used.
Charges will be made as registered.
