Planned entries and exits to countries that are not subject to the Schengen Agreement, must be reported to the airport at least 2 hours before take-off or flight. 

The required form that you can download here or obtain at our Info Desk must be faxed to the Airport Operations Management at +43 2622 26700 1766 or by e-mail to loan-airport@diamondaircraft.com.

We would like to point out that it is the responsibility of the transmitting unit to ensure that the form is received by the aerodrome operations management on time!

The submission of the form and the coordination with the authorities by the aerodrome operations management is subject to a charge. 
The fee is € 8,00 per form to be submitted.
